for the moments
I can’t be there.

Keep the files, memories, and instructions this Capsule was made to carry.

A missed check-in isn’t a release.Your grace period comes first.

A Capsule keeps your plan in one place.

YOUR LIFE HOLDS MORE THAN FILES

Give what matters a plan.

The documents they’ll need. The words you want to leave.
A clear next step when you can’t be reached.

A Capsule for each purpose

Estate documents, family photos, private letters, and personal instructions. Each Capsule has its own files, recipients, and release rules.

Connected, on your terms

Group related Capsules into a Family Legacy collection. Share settings across the collection, with individual overrides when needed.

The right access, at the right time

Choose who receives each item, which identity checks are required, and whether some contents should wait longer before release.

THOUGHTFUL PREPARATION. ROOM TO RESPOND.

Your instructions, step by step.

Take a look inside ↗
01

Put it in a Capsule

Add your files, photos, videos, and instructions. Choose recipients and set a release plan for each Capsule.

02

Set your check-in rhythm

Choose your own check-in cadence: weekly, monthly, annual, or a custom interval such as once every five years. Set a grace period, and confirm you’re OK to reset the timer.

03

Give your plan time to work

A missed check-in starts reminders and a grace period. Release follows only after that period and the required verification. Confirm before final release to reset the Capsule.

ONE FAMILY. MANY THINGS TO LOOK AFTER.

Keep the whole picture together.

Connected Capsules bring related plans into one collection.
Each Capsule still has its own contents and can keep its own rules.

Family Legacy

Bring estate documents, family photos, letters to your children, and property information together. Share recipients and check-in settings where it makes sense.

Shared family plans

Keep related Capsules easy to find while each family member keeps control of their own contents, recipients, and instructions.

Independent when it matters

A private letter can wait longer than an emergency document. Override shared settings for a single Capsule without changing the rest.

A MISSED CHECK-IN IS ONLY THE FIRST STEP

Time to respond. Checks before release.

CHECK IN

A simple “I’m OK”

Check in on the schedule you choose. Each confirmation resets your Capsule timer for that interval. Email, SMS, and push reminders are planned to help you stay in touch.

GRACE PERIOD

Room for life to happen

If you miss a check-in, reminders continue during your chosen grace period—or after an urgent 24-hour retry when configured with zero grace period. Trusted contacts can help confirm your status.

VERIFY & RELEASE

Follow your instructions

After the grace period and required checks, your action plan determines what is released, to whom, and when. A valid confirmation before final release returns the Capsule to active.

SIMPLE, CLEAR COVERAGE

Coverage you can plan around.

Start with 14 days free to build and manage your Capsules. Individual, Family, and Permanent Capsule continuity options are designed for peace of mind.

A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS

Plans & Coverage 6 questions
What is the difference between Individual and Family plans?

The Individual plan ($10/month) is designed for one person, offering up to 5 active Capsules, 5 GB of secure storage, and check-in grace periods up to 60 days. The Family plan ($15/month) expands coverage to up to 15 active Capsules, 20 GB of shared storage, Connected Capsules, and extended grace periods up to 180 days. Both plans include full access to check-in schedules, trusted contacts, and release controls.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Individual and Family start with 14 days of full management access. Use that time to create Capsules, add the people you trust, and set up their check-in and release plans. You can cancel before the trial ends if you decide not to continue.

How much storage is included with each plan?

The Individual plan includes 5 GB of secure storage across all your Capsules. The Family plan includes 20 GB of shared storage across Connected Capsules and family members.

What does paid coverage include?

The planned service provides storage and manages the agreed release process while your subscription is active. You can add, edit, delete, and reorganize contents; change people; and change release rules. A Permanent Capsule preserves its final configured plan without ongoing management access.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation stops renewal, and management continues through your paid-through date. A Capsule that has not been converted to Permanent mode then has 30 days to reactivate or export its content. After that period, its contents and release plan are scheduled for deletion. A Permanent Capsule remains frozen and continues on its existing check-in and release plan.

What happens when coverage ends?

When a subscription Capsule reaches the end of its paid-through date, the 30-day recovery and export countdown begins. Once it ends, we schedule its contents, recipients, and release plan for deletion. Expiry never triggers release to recipients. Converting an eligible Capsule to Permanent mode before deletion freezes it instead.

Capsules & Check-ins 8 questions
How do I get started?

Create a Capsule, name the people you trust, choose how often to check in, and add the contents you want them to receive. You can refine its plan whenever you are actively subscribed.

What can I keep in a Capsule?

Add files, folders, photos, videos, messages, instructions, and credentials. Each Capsule can have its own trusted contacts, recipients, check-in cadence, grace period, and release plan.

What happens if I miss a check-in?

Your Capsule enters its grace period. It does not immediately release. The planned flow sends reminders, reaches out to trusted contacts, and completes required verification before following your release plan. For eligible Capsules configured with “No grace period”, a 24-hour urgent retry safeguard is used instead before release begins (Capsules containing credentials require a minimum 10-day grace period).

Can different Capsules have different rules?

Yes. Each Capsule has its own recipients, check-in cadence, grace period, security requirements, and action plan. Connected Capsules can share defaults, and each Capsule can override them.

Can I check in once every five years?

Yes—that is part of the planned design. Choose weekly, monthly, annual, or a custom interval for each Capsule, including once every five years. The interval sets when your next check-in is due; it does not extend subscription access. It continues for a Permanent Capsule using the cadence frozen at conversion.

Does a trusted contact receive my files?

Not automatically. Trusted contacts help confirm your status. Recipients are the people you designate to receive specific Capsule contents under your release plan.

Does OurSircle replace a will or an executor?

No. OurSircle helps organize and share information. It does not replace a will, legal authority, an executor, or emergency services.

Is release or delivery guaranteed?

Release depends on active coverage and your configured conditions and verification requirements being met. A missed check-in does not immediately release private information. We cannot guarantee that a recipient remains reachable or accepts delivery.

Credentials 8 questions
How are my credentials protected?

Your credentials are encrypted before we store them and protected by strict access controls.

Who can see my credentials?

Only you and the people you explicitly authorize can access them. Being part of your family, company, or plan does not automatically give someone access.

Can I share a credential with someone?

Yes. You choose who can access each credential and can remove their access at any time.

Can I set up a future release?

Yes. You can create a release plan for a specific recipient or trusted workflow. That plan does not give the workflow access to your other credentials.

Can I revoke access?

Yes. Removing access blocks future reads as soon as the change is processed. It cannot retrieve a credential that someone has already viewed, copied, or saved.

Do you keep a record of access?

We record security events such as creating a credential, granting or removing access, releasing it, and successful access. Credential values are never included in those records.

What happens if stored data is changed or copied?

Each encrypted credential is tied to its account, family or company, credential ID, and version. Altered or misplaced data cannot be decrypted.

What happens when I delete a credential?

We remove its current encrypted value and revoke access through the service. Protected backup copies may remain for a limited recovery period.
