What is the difference between the Individual and Family plans?

The Individual plan ($10/month) includes up to 5 active Capsules, 5 GB of secure storage, and check-in grace periods up to 60 days for one person managing their personal legacy and instructions. The Family plan ($15/month) expands coverage to up to 15 active Capsules, 20 GB of shared family storage, Connected Capsules, and extended grace periods up to 180 days for household coordination. Both plans support the 14-day free trial, trusted contacts, recipients, and the option to freeze completed Capsules into Permanent mode.

How does the “No grace period” option work?

When you set an eligible Capsule to “No grace period”, a missed check-in does not wait for a 30-day grace window. Instead, OurSircle immediately sends urgent reminders across your email and SMS channels with a 24-hour retry safeguard. If you do not respond within that 24-hour window, the Capsule begins its release sequence immediately. For security, “No grace period” is unavailable for Capsules containing credentials, which require a minimum 10-day grace period.

Can I try OurSircle before paying?

Yes. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial on the Individual or Family plan. You can build Capsules, add recipients, and set up their check-in and release plans. You can cancel before the trial ends without being charged.

What is included in the 14-day free trial?

The trial includes full access to the features of your selected plan: multiple Capsules, storage, check-in schedules, recipient assignments, and preview tools.

What is a Permanent Capsule?

A Permanent Capsule is an optional one-time conversion for an individual Capsule that you have finished configuring. It freezes the Capsule’s current contents, recipients, and release rules so it continues running its check-in and delivery schedule indefinitely without requiring an ongoing monthly subscription.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, your Capsules enter a 30-day grace period during which you can reactivate your account or export your data. Any Capsule converted to Permanent Capsule continuity remains active and unaffected by your subscription status.

Can I convert a Capsule to permanent continuity after canceling?

Permanent Capsule conversions require an active subscription at the time of conversion because the Capsule must be in an editable, verified state before being finalized.
